Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By requesting an estimate or engaging Cloudpire Landscaping Services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Services & Estimates
All work is performed based on a written, fixed-price proposal agreed before work begins. No work is started without a signed or written agreement from the client.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each service agreement. For one-time services, payment is typically due upon completion. For seasonal programmes, invoicing schedules are agreed in advance. Late payments may incur a service charge as specified in the service agreement.
4. Cancellations
Seasonal maintenance contracts require 30 days written notice for cancellation. One-time services may be cancelled without charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled date. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee as specified in the service agreement.
5. Property Access
The client agrees to provide Cloudpire reasonable access to the property during agreed service windows. Cloudpire will respect the property and leave it in clean condition after each visit.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cloudpire's liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for pre-existing drainage issues, underground utilities not properly marked, or damage caused by conditions not disclosed at time of estimate. We carry appropriate general liability insurance.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
